"It is a current trend to see just how "green" you can be with your contributions to a cleaner environment. We want to focus this month on reusing & recycling portions of your newly arrived Papertrey order in an earth-friendly way! This month your challenge is to reuse, repurpose or recycle packaging from your Papertrey Package. "
Recipe:
Card Base - White 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 (folded)
Card Front - Raspberry Fizz 4 X 5 1/4
I took (which you can't see in the picture) Melon Mambo and sponge using the film on the clear wrapping on the PTI stamps to give it a more muted look then embossed it with Cuttlebug Perfectly Paisley folder.
The Scallop Circle image was stamped in SU Kiwi Kiss with SU Circle of Friendship Set, and then in Melon Mambo with PTI Border & Corners Circle then punched out with 1 1/4" circle. I layered it using the packaging from a PTI set (the green polka dot scallop) and Raspberry Fizz cardstock.
The main image was stamped with Stazon ink then I used Crystal Effect, Reinkers and Pearl Ex and attached using eyelets. Man, was this messy!!!!
The bottom strip was taking from PTI set packaging also!!
SU Kiwi Kiss ribbon and I think that is it!
Thanks for looking!
How do you like my "GREEN" card using items in my PTI packaging?
