Love You So Much Card

This is a quick card I made for my husband who has been deployed for a couple of months and I miss him so much.  I used the color challenge on Splitcoast Stampers from last week (Handsome Hunter, Bermuda Bay, and Certainly Celery) and this week's sketch challenge.  I wanted to keep it simple: one, because it is going so far and two, because I didn't want it too frilly (is that a word?) for my hunky husband.  The ribbon might be pushing it!!

Recipe:
Card Base: SU Handsome Hunter 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" (folded)
Card front:  Bermuda Bay 4 X 5 1/4
Other:  Certainly Celery 3 3/4 X 5 then I cut out a thin section to match the sketch & White Cardstock
Ink: SU Handsome Hunter & PTI Black

Stamps: PTI (Papertrey Ink) Signature Greetings & SU Summer by the Sea
After I stamped the image I used Primapencils then blended with OMS (Odorless Mineral Spirits).  Don't look to closely I should have taken a little longer and blended better BEFORE I took the picture.

Accessories: Spellbinders Nestibilities Labels One, SU Ticket Corner Punch, & Scrap ribbon from my stash!  I also used some rub ons for the dots.  I have so many hoarded rub ons that I have resoluted to use more of this year!

Thanks so much for checking out my site!
Have a great crafting day!
