DinoMite! card - Create a Critter Cartridge

Who doesn't love a good challenge!  Well, over at Papertrey Pals (another Papertrey Ink blog group) they have a challenge going on right now to use ONLY "primary" colors.  I know what some of you might be thinking.  Red, Blue, and GREEN?  I thought the same thing, but those are the colors that were picked and who am I to agrue!  Green is probably easier for me to work with than yellow anyway.

I was needing a boy card so I thought these colors would be the perfect opportunity for me to whip one out!  One of my nephews is getting baptized this Saturday, tomorrow!, and while this card will not get to him before or even on the day I still wanted to send him a card telling him we think he is DINO-MITE!!!  And that we are proud of him and love him!

Here is what I came up with!  I hope you like it!

Dinosaur was cut at 3 1/2" and DinoMite was cut at 2 1/2".

Recipe:
Card Base: SU  Real Red 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" (folded)
Card front:  Brillant Blue 4" X 5 1/4", Gable Green layered w/ Real Red DP 3 7/8" X 5 1/8"
Other Cardstock / Paper:  Bashful Blue, Black
Ink: NONE
Stamps: NONE  (The Horror!!!)
Accessories: Cricut & Create a Critter Cartridge, Christmas Red Stickles, Real Red 1/4" ribbon, Cuttlebug & Tiny Mosaic embossing folder

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today!
