Many Thanks card - Sentimentals Cartridge

I was going to just skip this week's color challenge over on Splitcoast Stampers.  I have been busy with kids, parent teacher conferences and just regular STUFF, but when I saw the colors I just had to give it a whirl.  They are so pretty together and can definitely see myself using them again.  I have so many flower stamps.  Too many probably, but who's counting!  Anyway, these colors are perfect for flowers with leaves. I love making my own Designer Paper, and this set was perfect because of the PTI matching dies.  So for masking I didn't even have to "cut" anything out!  I am not the best with scissors.
Here is what I came up with! I hope you like it!

Frame was cut at 2 3/4".
Small Butterfly layers were cut at 1" and larger butterfly at 1 1/4".

 A little bling, bling!

Recipe:
Card Base: SU  Marina Mist 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" (folded)
Card front:  Blushing Bride 4" X 5 1/4" layered with Confetti Cream 3 3/4" X 5"
Other Cardstock / Paper: Close to Cocoa for butterfly body
Ink: PTI True Black, SU Marina Mist, Always Artichoke, Blushing Bride marker because I don't have the ink pad yet!!!  How did that happen?
Stamps: PTI (Papertrey Ink) Beautiful Blooms II, sentiment from Faux Ribbon
Accessories: PTI Beautiful Blooms die for masking, Photo Corner punch, silver eyelets, Marina Mist 1/4" ribbon, distressing blade, Cuttlebug & Floral Screen embossing folder, Cricut & Sentimentals Cartridge, Diamond Stickles

  10. I love this color combination. Great card - love the inspiration to make pretty cards myself. I use my cricut to cut vinyl for sandblast resist but have made a few cards lately instead of buying them. Not as pretty as yours, but I will get there with practice I hope. Keep on crafting and sharing. I appreciate it.
