Happy Thanksgiving - Simply Charmed Cartridge

This week's color challenge over on Splitcoast Stampers, Peach Espresso Craze, is awesome.    Thank you Mary!  These colors are so warm and rich together.  Perfect for this time of year!!!

Here is what I came up with:

Turkey was cut at 3 3/4".
I cut EXTRA turkeys, cut them apart, and pieced them together to make the different colored tail.

Remember to keep Real Dial Size OFF so your pieces will be proportional.
I forgot to turn mine off!  See my HUGE turkey wing!

Recipe:
Card Base: SU  Peach Parfait 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" (folded)
Card front:  Early Espresso 4" X 5 1/4", Cajun Craze 3 3/4" X 5", Confetti Cream 3 1/2" X 4 3/4"
Other Cardstock / Paper:  SU Summer Sun, Black
Ink: Early Espresso
Stamps:  SU Teeny Tiny Wishes
Accessories:  Sticky Rhinestones, Cuttlebug & Mesh Embossing Folder, Cricut & Simply Charmed Cartridge, SU Word Window & Modern Label punches, Early Espresso 1/4" ribbon

  1. This is so freakin' adorable!! I don't use my cricut near enough. Happy American Thanksgiving! (We sensible Canadians have ours before Hallowe'en so we can dive right into Christmas as soon as Remembrance Day concludes).

  9. Well, I guess if you had a husband who likes turkey legs as much as mine it would be fun to make a card with an enlarged turkey leg. Super cute card!
