Joyeux anniversaire!

Don't you just love it when things work out!  Well, my daughter's friend is having a Paris themed birthday party this weekend and guess what?  Destinations Cricut cartridge has an Eiffel tower image!  Starts with D!  The next letter in my Cricut ABC challenge and I don't think I had used this cart before!!!

So since I don't speak french I had to call my oldest who served a mission for our church in the West Indies and does speak french.  I wanted to make the birthday card just right for her Paris party!  Of course, it says Happy Birthday!!  But don't ask me how to pronounce it, but when my son says it, it sounds heavenly!
Here's what I came up with:

The Eiffel Tower was cut at 4".
I cut two and one in shadow, all in silver paper, and layered them with dimensionals to give it a 3-D look.  The top layer I embossed with Mesh folder.

Card Base: White  4 1/4" X 5 1/2" (folded)
Other Cardstock / Paper:  DCWV Garden Party stack, Silver paper from Target,  Bravo Burgundy
Ink: None
Stamps: None
Accessories:  Cuttlebug & Mess embossing folder, Cricut & Destinations Cartridge, SU White taffeta ribbon, Computer for sentiment, SU punches, PTI edge die
