My hard working husband is out of town this week so I decided to make him a card. He loves it when I do, and I get to justify all the money I spend on crafts since I make him things! It's a win-win!
Here's what I came up with:
I sanded the middle blue piece to give it a little more dimension. I wanted to use ribbon there but can you believe I didn't have ANY that would match? I even tried to dye some white ribbon, soaking it overnight, but it just wasn't turning dark enough. Anyway, I always use ribbon!
Sentiment circles were cut at 2", 2.25", & 2.5".
Corner pieces were cut at 1".
Both images are from Art Philosophy Cartridge.
