HIMCR#32 - Color Challenge

Happy Saturday!!

I hope everyone is having a GREAT one!  I know I am because at this moment I am at a mother/daughter scrapbooking day with my seven year old.  It's one of our favorite days of the year!

Today kicks off a new month of challenges!  So that means it's a color challenge this week.  The colors are Pink, Red, and White.  Of course, as always, you can create any paper project.  It doesn't have to be a Valentine's project, but it is February and love is in the air, I think.  I didn't make mine for Valentine's necessarily even though I guess I could put "Happy Valentine's Day" on the inside and use it as one.

You have until Friday, February 10th to link up your creation to get entered into the monthly drawing this week.   Please use the code HIMCR32 when uploading to an online gallery.

Here's what I came up with:

Heart was cut from Everyday Pop-Up Cards cartridge at 3.5".
Sentiment tag was cut from Art Philosophy cartridge at 2.75".

Recipe:
Card Base: SU  Cranberry Crisp (really really retired, but yes, I still have some!) 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" (folded)
Card front:   Regal Rose 4 1/8" X 5 3/8", White (stamped with Cranberry Crisp 4" X 5 1/4"
Other Cardstock / Paper:  Regal Rose DP
Ink:  Cranberry Crisp
Stamps:  PTI Lock & Key, CTMH Two Set Backgrounds
Accessories:  PTI Keys die, Cricut & Everyday Pop-Up Cards, fancy pants gingham ribbon,

You can see the HIMCR schedule of challenges and guidelines HERE!  Please be sure and follow the few easy guidelines so your creation will get entered into the monthly giveaway!!!

Just a few guidelines:
1.  The current weekly challenge linky will be up until Friday night at midnight MST.  Be sure and link your creation back to the actual post and not just your blog home page.
2.  When posting your creation on your blog or online gallery please link it back to this challenge.  This helps me to spread the word and the FUN!
3.  Please create something new for the current challenge and NOT use something you've made previously.  However, you can combine a HIMCR challenge with other challenges. It is always fun to complete more than one challenge at a time!
4.  The winner of the monthly giveaway will be posted the 8th of the following month!
5. Have FUN!!
6. Let me know if I forgot something!
Thanks so much for visiting me while I am
Hiding in My Craft Room!

And thanks for so many entries is last month's challenges!  Remember to check back on the 8th to see who random.org picks as the winner!
