Make a Card for a Cause!

Meet Larry!  He's just a regular fun loving boy except for one thing, Larry is fighting for his life.  He has Leukemia.  His parents say that, "Larry, as always, remains positive, thoughtful, joyful and for the most part without the difficult side effects we are told are coming."  You can read more about Larry's story HERE!

A friend of mine has been gathering Get Well Soon cards and I thought I could help her cause and ask you, my cyber friends to Make a Card for a Cause!  Wouldn't it be GREAT if we could send this little boy over a hundred cards!!!

Please send your Get Well Soon cards here:

Larry R.
9772 E Paseo Del Tornasol
Tucson, AZ   85747

If you don't have time to make and send a card please remember to keep Larry in your prayers.  The family contribute his lack of side effects so far to the numerous amount of prayers along with Larry's positive attitude.  What a great example Larry is to us all!!

Here's a fun cheery I made a while back (I'm so grateful to have cards on hand) and thought it would be perfect to send to Larry!

  6. Great card as always Laurie & thanks for sharing the story!

  7. Sending a couple of colorful historic site post cards from on the road activity prior to a crafted working in one place card to stimulate Larry's mail day. Have to include a fold out map for Larry's pin-magic marker designating senders' postmarks. Such a priviledge!to pray, make cards and send blessings to Larry and his bustling family.
