Quick Thank You Card

Do you ever have one of those days were you feel like 'I HAVE to create SOMETHING today'?  Well, I was having one of those days.  I didn't have a lot of time.

Here's what I came up with:

I love making my own Background paper!

Sentiment frame was cut from Art Philosophy at 1 1/2".

Flower layers were cut from Forever Young cartrididge at 2".
I used dimensionals in between some of the layers and curled the edges.

Recipe:
Card Base: SU  Perfect Plum 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" (folded)
Card front:    SU Marina Mist 4 1/8" X 5 3/8",  White (homemade BG) 4" X 5 1/4"
Other Cardstock / Paper:  Rose Red
Ink:  Marina Mist, Rose Red, Perfect Plum
Stamps:   Close to My Heart Rustic Flowers, A Little Thanks
Accessories:  Cricut & Art Philosophy and Forever Young cartridges, Cuttlebug & Square Lattice embossing folder, SU Marina Mist ribbon, white marker

Thanks so much for visiting me while I am
Hiding in My Craft Room!

  1. It's fabulous!! And yes, I have those days everyday. Probably because I might only get to craft once a week maybe once every 2 weeks. I feel deprived. LOL!!
