Man, did I have a busy but GREAT day! At my kids school it was the kindergarten Thanksgiving Feast that they do every year! I got to go help serve hungry 5 - 6 year olds! Phew! They are fun and energetic! But hey it helps me to appreciate the quiet of my house which sometimes I like and sometimes I find myself missing the noise and company of my 5 year old baby boy!
I absolutely love this time of year! Probably one of my favorites! Do I say that often? Lol!
Anyway, one thing I like about this time of year is the weather. It is finally getting cooler here in Arizona! My kids, well some of them, are actually starting to wear a jacket with their shorts! Heehee!
Also, what I love about this year is that people seem to start getting into that Holiday / Christmas spirit but the huslte and bustle hasn't hit yet. I start getting ready for Christmas to just be over with at that point and that makes me sad! But this year I have another reason to celebrate and you'll probably hear me mention it several times over the next few weeks that I'm extremely thankful that my husband is in country and home this holiday season! Yeah! Last year he missed Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and 4 kids birthdays.
So I tell you all that as a leadway into the challenge this week ..... phew!
It's that time of year to be thankful! So the challenge is:
